Pickup Systems are quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001 together with TUV European Whole Vehicle Type Approvals, and are recognised as the market leading specialist in pickup truck conversions. We are a trusted conversion partner of many major manufacturers that includes Toyota, Mercedes and Isuzu - enabling us to provide a one stop vehicle fit out facility for any fleet solution at our new manufacturing site in Burnley, Lancashire. Our vehicle conversion experience ensures that reliability and quality are built in from the start of every conversion we undertake. Most importantly, our site also offers the best security including secure storage and a 24 hour monitored CCTV system. Pickup Systems pride themselves on being able to deliver all conversions to the highest standard with their dedicated team.
Our purpose built facility which we moved into in September 2014 now covers 25,000 square feet of manufacturing space and a secure yard of over 15,000 square feet - this has allowed us to grow the business by over 200% in the last three year. It has furthermore allowed us to enhance our relationships with key manufacturers. Our production family incorporates a design studio, CNC router, a plastic welding assembly area, a paint spray booth, 20+ fit out bays, metal welding benches and a pre delivery inspection area.
